@dudsmack0603 Its just like every other job man there can be good days and bad. I have worked part time doing this since 2003. In most states as long as you're 18 or older you can serve them. To get started you need to make up a business and start going to courts, lawyer offices etc... anybody that deals with legal documents. It's a tough job to get into. Like everything else you have to know people. If you have any other ?'s anytime feel free to ask.
In some states, the process server must identify who is receiving the papers – in this video, we do not know for sure, who was on the other side of that door. So you went back to validate the serve, interesting.
The camera, where was it located? On your belt?
Does your state allow process servers to carry guns?
By the way.. I totally expected to see his fingers chopped off on the floor the first time she threw her weight against the door. Was already thinking to call for an ambulance.
The husband was serving papers on his wife in their own home. A police officer confirmed the serve 20 minutes later with the wife and myself present as valid.
