  • I cracked up when I saw this, but it was so bittersweet

  • hahahahahahahah , thats the way me and my pals go when we hear that tune :)))

We,re Scottish !!!, but we respect the Italians !!!

  • "You fuck my wife?"

    "WUT?!"

  • and then ...boby died!

  • Pals. You can't be a fan of the show and not have known even then that this would be the last time they'd have a moment like that.

  • Just when she thought I was out, I put it back in!

  • Lol

  • This scene truly establishes how comfortable and strong Tony and Sil's relationship was. I love this scene

  • Just when i thought i was out, They pulled me back in!

  • awesome.

  • what an awesome scene...

  • Just noticed this part yesterday. Awesome.

  • silvio has a hanged bottom lip fetish

  • slow mo boxing FTW

  • I think this was also one of the last (if not THE last) times they each saw each other. Bobby and Silvio both get hit in this episode (I think it's ep20?). Although we never find out if Silvio regains consciousness. Quite a poignant scene this is.

  • @mpeskett i know, its just great how it goes like that

  • Perhaps best scene ever on tv! No, DEFINATELY

  • It's obvious David Chase adores and looks up to Martin Scorsese. :) Great scene. Love it

  • I remember loving this scene when I first saw this episode because it briefly broke the tension in an otherwise super tense episode.

  • This from raging bull. no??

  • Tes. Raging Bull.

  • Not for sure...don't treat your own opinion as a fact.

  • Only 1 of them got killed, other one was shot and nobody knows what happened to tony. So let's not let your own interpretation of the ending be treated as anything other than speculation.

  • fuck off you cunt

  • they also use this piece in the godfather IIIs ending

  • Indeed. It's from the opera Cavallería Rusticana, by Pietro Mascagni. Beautiful.

  • lol

  • silvio was the best character. his scowl was awesome

  • i love raging bull. lol

  • Oh man...this scene...the music...ufff I love the Sopranos and Raging Bull sooo much!

  • The song is called Cavalleria Rusticana, and was featured in both Raging Bull (the opening scene, where De Niro was boxing, which is what it's referencing), and the ending of The Godfather: Part III.

  • great scene

  • The music is also the closing theme for The Godfather pt 3 :)

  • sad

  • The music is from the soundtrack of Raging Bull,a BOx movie that is not about boxing :) with Robert de niro and Joe Pesci.

  • A great scene... most likely the last between Sil and Tony. Raging Bull is the SHIT!

  • I Loved Sil, R.I.P Silvio Dante and Burger Boy Bacala

  • the music playing in the resturant is from raging bull, it's a reference to it. Scorses who alot of sopranos actors got there start wrote it.

  • LOL, great

  • it was raging bull, this was great

  • My favorite movie of all time being referenced on The Sopranos. Great scene.

  • Thta's hillarious! Seemed so random because I am unfirmilliar with that movie.

  • it's Raging Bull
