The screenwriters deserve WAYYY more credit here. I mean, yeah, he's good, but he sure as Hell didn't write the script. He didn't CREATE the perfect story or write his own lines. He merely threw his hat into the ring to see if he could land the ROLE. And when he GOT IT, he just STEPPED IN and did a good job as an antagonist.

But he wasn't more spesific; all those things really want is raw flesh to devour. In other words, its not what they want; its what "Billy Zane" wants. So Roach could have said "I say we give that god damn DEMON what HE wants!"
