i feel your "labor of love" in this great endeavor. i have visited a few castles in my lifetime and have found them to be very interesting. am glad i did what i did when i was younger and able to get around better. am not up to the walking anymore; however, it's great fun to visit these places vicariously. great post. excellent audio and video. many thanks!

One mistake though: the castle from Luxembourg at 1:44 is actually Larochette, not La Rochelle. La Rochelle is a medieval city in France.
