1. Bush never, ever gave ANYONE a time table for pulling out. Democrats want it so they can tell the Iraqi's how long they have to hold out.
2. Playing politics with the troops? Like saying we lost the war 2 years in? Trying to demoralize them? Asking for REQUIRED reports then calling the person who is supposed to give that report a liar before he even says one word?

They volunteered, that understand they have a mission and want to make sure that when they do come home, the enemy will not follow. I think it is impossible to support the troops without supporting their mission because that is what the troops support. Well yes, they volunteered and joined, but is it fair to take advantage of that? Is it fair to send them on a mission where the death-toll goes over that of 9/11? It's all a matter of choice on their part, they know how to come home if they wanted to; but they choose to stay. The death toll is tragic, but compared to most wars it is a drop in the bucket, but I still pray that god protects the souls of those that died to protect us. Cenk, it's repulsive but not for the reason you say. It's not that the agreement is going to be tolerated by the Iraquis any longer. It's just the American VOTERS who are being misled (lied to) about what the agreement means. It still means they're beginning major withdrawals in 2010, but they're citing the date that they ALL will be gone instead of the beginning of major reductions. The point is, you may not care that others may be offended but maybe they do! When you run their show, if then you think the message point is not there then you can change it. Using bad language and it being bleeped does not take away from the original message at all! I also hate to tell you that this is not only for youtube but for a podcast... also Cenk has a boss, who is either told what he can say or doesn't allow that language!

Well you are right about that. I don't care if someone is offended by "FUCK YOU" because I'm sure that they don't care that I'm offended by the stupid bleeping sound.
And I disagree that it "does not take away from the original message." Altering the original message changes it. PERIOD.
Sure ppl will still know what was MEANT to be said BUT hearing the bleeping sound reinforces the idea that what was bleeped out was wrong or went too far.
Forceful ideas should be argued with FORCE.

I'm not going to keep going back and forth with you when my point was already made... just because the word was bleeped it in no way shows personal shame! There are many reasons that could have made them bleep the word. If Cenk said the word it's quite obvious he feels no shame in it or he would have made a movement or said something to cover it up... not someone going in later and bleeping it!

BUT I'm pretty sure it was'nt the FCC so for me it is inexcusable. I do believe it was done in shame. We can go around that merry-go-round again but I'm sticking to my points as well.
