snes version is a LOT more bearable... it's almost a requirement to beat the snes version before you beat the nes version

MAN THIS GAME IS INSANELY HARD.

im stuck on world 4-something, 4-3 i think and at the end there is this insanely hard jump that i swear is impossable with mario and only slightly better with luigi but since he slides it is almost just as hard.

if any1 knows what im talking about could they offer any advice or is there 1 of those invisable blocks that i cant find or what?

Heh, i got through the first world comfortably but i really struggled with the second one. Now i'm struggling with the third one. This is one hard game...

This is the REAL SMB. 2. This is the official sequel.

Basically Japan didn't think western gamers could handle the difficulty so they ported over a crap game called Doki Doki Panic (I think, I always forget) and gave it Mario characters instead and called it SMB. 2.

It's too bad we didn't originally get this game on the NES back then. Japanese gamers thought we were too stupid for it and gave us Doki Doki Panic :P

They done the same with Streets Of Rage 3, I hear the JPN version is UBER hard :(

Dont forget the unlimited 1UP on the ledge with the turtle and the mushroom! It helps cause the game does get MUCH harded as you go on.
