  • This is my favourite version. Even though it's slowed down (or BECAUSE of it), every note, every nuance gets the attention it deserves. It affects me much more than the more popular versions on YouTube. Such beauty.

  • Maestro Furtwangler does not adopt the "Allegro con grazia"as indicated by the composer; this is not Bruckner!
