Whoever interviewed this Man, forgot to ask him how he felt about being the Sheriff in a State directly connected to Mexico. We have business and personal ties to Mexico, and vice versa. Swearing can't be illegal, unless regulated by the FCC, like on radio, because of freedom of speech, and spitting on the sidewalk SHOULD be illegal, IMO. But I get your point, kind of. So what would happen if you got caught spitting on the sidewalk? Prison? They'd cut your arm off? Most likely a small fine. On the other hand, I think getting a fake I.D. and sneaking into another country is a lot more serious. Every major country protects it's borders and arrests/deports illegals.
