we play this song in band and our conductor put "choreography" into ot, at one part the trumpet players have to move their trumpets back and forth and at another part clarinets and altos stand up, it's kind of odd but cool :) :P

@GlitterGlamourXoX we put choreography into it too cuz everyones standing anyways (most are in marching band, however, im in pep band) and its kinda weird for me since im a freshman.

We're a small group since we're divided between grades and if we're in concert band or Symphonic band. I have NEVER seen 3 bands get together! It must've been really cramped O_O We're playing this sing next month!! It'll go with our movie songs theme!

no no no sousaphones do not go in concert they march you no when you walking in a parade o and the teachers cant conduct you dont wail your arms any way you want!!

@slow758 in high school its the same except they're called drum majors (google it). there's SUPPOSED to be a few of 'em.

woah big band...we have only like...30 people in our band all together and play with the 8th grade to :P 7th and 8th grade and where playing this for a marching band :P omg but it'z a little hard having 10 percussionz

OMG!!! I also play the oboe. Playing funkytown is fun.OUr class did this weird movement.I couldnt play at the part where we had 2 dance!!!I wuz laughing

Middle School? im currently in Sixth grade and you should have seen the whole band when we heard this, the flutes where all happy, and everyone got up and danced and sang the lyrics! :D
