Tracey what is the callanetics exercise for buttocks? If you do it standing and you raise your leg to the side, do you rotate your foot forward so that you can only raise your leg about 2"
It's years (probably about 25) since I've done callanetics but I remember it as being really effective. Thank you
@acechadwick - stand on one leg, the other leg out to the side, toe pointed to the floor - rotate the leg inwards - then lift the left off the floor about 2 inches off the floor and 2 inches behind you - now move you leg back and forth one tiny centimetre......tough to explain in words......really need a visual....
I tried Callanetics years ago from her blue book. Very exciting to see the videos now. No doubt, it really works. Now my friends and I are doing this together!
It really does work. I would love to see 'callanetics clubs' like yours all over the world. Just people getting together with their friends at home doing callanetics.
