Beautiful arrangement & playing! Affective interpretation! It makes the audience wanting more - a pleasure to listen to it!
Jan 29 is Teresa Teng's birthday. Your piano performance is a wonderful new tribute to one of her life contributions & legacy. Thank you so much for sharing!
The United States guarantees the stability and prosperity the world has. Canada should be part of the United States, instead of a second rate world player, so that the U.S. could better utilise Canada's resources to this end. The two countries never should have been separated into two entities. We have the same culture. Canada should become part of the United States in the interest of a better world. I mean this in all seriousness.
Gordon, I think everyone who listens to this or to anything you play should know how much talent is required to arrange a piece of music and to present it in such an expressive fashion. It also takes great care and dedication which is so obvious in everything you play. I hope some day to hear your arrangements of one of my "creations."
Muito obrigado! .. Maybe, someday, you can come back & visit Canada.. In the meantime, hope you're enjoying living in beautiful Brazil! .. All the best!!
I can see (from your excellent videos) what a fine dulcimer player & musician you are. I think you really understand my transcriptions / arrangements.. Thank you!!
Gordon's "O Canada etude" performance illuminates the scene with a hint of joy characteristic of his warm welcoming attitude towards people, which can be better seen during live performances when he interacts with his audience. And here is he again, somewhat "dancing" and enjoying a "conversation" with the musical notes and accords while playing! Surely a gifted musician of an exceptional talent. Come and see him alive! Congrats, Gordon & Cheers! Lucí

I don't see anything pathetic about it, to think that this is his own arrangement . In fact I like the way he played it. Gentle and precise !

It's cute and innovative. 'Nice to listen to, but I'm really glad our anthem isn't quite so "dainty" XD.

I have never listened to a brighter version of our national anthem. I found my self doing a little dance to Gordon's etude.
