buy a can of liquid latex (you can find it at hardware stores) in the states a 4-oz can runs you about 5 bucks. get a paintbrush and brush on 2-3 coats (thinly) in the areas in need or repair. then let it dry and then prime with black paint (dont leave it unpainted or it will be VERY sticky and prone to ripping) and paint over the dried black with some silver, hopefully the colors will match and viola!
It seems you have some damages on the uotside of the sword, so I would say that you only would have to "paint" it a couple of times with latex. And then remember to spray or paint you sword with silicone after use.
can you tell me how to fix this (more specifick) I live in Holland and they are very strickt about what is and isn't allowed :S but fixxing it myself would be way better (and cheaper) then buying a new weapon, let alone finding the same one or lookalike
so that's what cracking looks like?

Great :) thx, I will do that soon :) saves me from spending loads of cash on repairs by experts or buying a new sword :)

I did some research, for small patchwork you can buy spray silicone, it will dry clear so no need to worry about painting!
