  • @NinjaFerrets no dumbass the males make the beds, then when the females come out of the deeper water to spawn the sit on the beds, and the males coast around the perimeter.

  • @ohiowhitetails25 actually you should do your homework before throwing names around. The females spend very little time spawning on the beds. Once they're done they leave and move a little deeper to recuperate. On the other hand that fish is most definitely a female either about to spawn or just after spawning and that smaller bass at the end of the video is probably her male partner. After she leaves he'll stick around and guard the bed.

  • @psu43091 still a little off, Females will spawn with up anywhere to 5 different males in one spawning season

  • @ohiowhitetails25 "no dumbass", actually BOTH do work making the beds, but the females do quite a bit more. Lots of other panfish males do most of the bed making, but not bass. Clearly you haven't caught many spawning females - otherwise, you'd probably have noticed the tail is torn to shreds (from...yepp, you guessed it). please don't throw around names like that. it only makes you look like a jackass when you're wrong.

  • @ohiowhitetails25 damn...if i was you id remove that comment and save my dignity
