I had the same problem wit my element, where i only hear from one side of my headphones, i try turning tthe headphone thing a bit, but it just wont work good for long. I even noticced that it has a crack on the upper righ corner, between the silver border and the back, and i havent handled it in any wrong way before, or even dropped it!

Other bad news, i put it in the pocket of my hoodie when i went to school, forgot i had ITwent home and found the TURN ON/OFF/HOLD BUTTON WAS GONE!! :'(

where can you buy 1 i cant find it cuz i have 1 and it drop in to the water and i put it in a bag of dry rice for 3 days and i charged it and didnt work plezz can someone tell me where can you buy 1 :( :'(

i just got one and when i plug in my headphones, only ony side works, and the other comes out of the mp3 external speaker it self, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hola amigos, hace poco me regalaron este mp3 gc940 y la verdad no creo que funcione pues al encenderlo se queda congelado en el logo de un reloj y no puedo hacer nada, ubique el boton de reset y ni presinandolo pasa algo, alguien me puede ayudar???

hola espero que alguien de ustedes me pueda ayudar, tengo este reproductor pero la verdad no se si funciona, pues cuando lo enciendo solo aparece un pequeño reloj en la pantalla y de ahi no pasa a mas, la verdad no se que tenga cualquier ayuda que puedan ofrecerme me sera de garn utilidad.

i have the same on in the video. as he said ya have to convert the videos, which is AMV, and there is a awsome converter for it, AMV converter studio..its about 40 bucks, but if ya want the key i got it...the disk is for any operatiing system, there drivers for vista, xp pro and so on on it.

i got mine on christmas , but its weierd cuz one of the earphones just stop working, u can only hear thru one side, and i tried it with multiple diffrent earphones. is there a setting or sumthing to fix this? i didnt handle it rough or anything.

@snksbgstfn I've actually noticed something similar, if I just twist the plug a little while they're plugged in, the sound comes in more full. I would see if you can exchange it (or get the person who got it for you to). hope that helps.

i got this for christmas and its so confusin how are u suppose to put songs on it..i tried to sync songs on it and it didnt work..how did u put songs on it? any websites?

when you plug it into your computer it should show up on your computer(in windows it will be in my computer as a new drive). you can just drag files that you download right into the drive folder. also check out the cd that comes with it, it probably has software and instructions you can use (though I haven't checked it out yet). hope that helps.

When You Turn It Off It Shows A Game Symbol. Do That Mean You Can Play Games On It?

I noticed that too and it doesn't look like it. It can handle music, vids, text, record voice, radio, and pics...but not sure why they have that game icon.

except that the earphone thingy doesnt work.... its all loud lol but i can connected as AUX into my radio =) so its all good...... but i dont know how to put videos

I'd say it's not worth the $43. I had mine running for 10 mins when the screen just turned black and it froze up and wouldnt shut off or do anything.

man that sucks..guess I got lucky! had mine about 4 months now, no problems except the faceplate popping out in certain spots, but it just snaps in place. I guess you take a gamble with these no-name brand electronics!

i feel better about it now though. i was soo pissed at it that i smashed it on the concrete floor. its in pieces now. i put all the pieces in place put it in the package and im taking it back to the store now.
