I agree with you 110%. The bottom surgery SHOULD be available. If you want a Met. there is a Doctor Marcy Bowers that does the bottom for $3,000.00 to $5,000.00. Dr. Bowers just moved (she is in process) from Colorado to California. (the travel costs suck, but when you add things up, it is more "doable" than a Phallo.)
