During the filming of The Lord of the RIns, the cast (especially the Hobbits) became really close. When they weren't filming, they did everything together. They litterally created their own close-knit family. Then filming ended, and 7 years since end of filming, they still love seeing eachother. Friendships like those don't happen everyday.
