Im gonna start training at arete in a few days he is good i watched him compete last year... oh wow the GUY on the rings in the back is special. i like his floor routine also i think he did a 1 and a half front full last year.... if im thinking of the right guy lemme know

hey ur high bar is pretty nice. under your grips do u just have wrist bands? becuase i use just wristbands under my grips but they still move around alot. any tips?
