The only thing vita has on then 4s is its cpu which is twice as fast. Yet still the two of them could produce almost identicle graphics. btw ridge racer for vita doesnt really look that much better. Still the vita is gonna be much better for gaming.

@Dualxboxfanboy The ps vita is the winner but not by far. But I have to point out some mistakes the iphone 4s has a 960x640 display not 640x960. Also the iphone 4s has a 1gz dual core processor but it is downclocked to 800mhz but developer have full power to max it out. Also the vita has a one ghz quad core processor(not 2ghz) Which is also estimated to be downclocked to 800 mhz. . So yes the vita does win but graphics on both are going to be really close.

@Eddyjj24baller Bro sony confirmed PSvita have 2.0 ghz per core(quad core) and that Iphone 4s have 640x960 read on wikipedia.The Vita Gpu is an upgrade of gpu ipad 2, Vita have SGX543MP4+ quad core and Iphone 4s/Ipad 2 have SGX543MP2 dual core is a huge difference.

@Dualxboxfanboy Um it max clock is 2gz but it clocked at 800 mhz. Just like the 4s developers could max out the cpu to up to 2gz. But the vita is advertizeds as a 1gz quad core cpu and the iphone 4s is also at a 1gz dual core. Plus apple.com states that the iphone resolution is at 960x640(dont always trust wikipedia) Plus both have the ability to run console graphics games. The vita is not that much better in graphics. Just look up infinity blade 2 and afterlife on ipad 2 dark meadow on ipad 2.

Game companies are able to run the same games on both. For example unreal engine ( the engine that powers gears of war and arguable the best game engine) runs on both devices. The psvita ofcourse is going to have better gamplay for game but its graphics is not that much better than the psvita.
