Smithfield RI was the place to be to see Beaver Brown in 70's and 80's. Januarys in Pawtucket RI across the street from "The Edge" was a good club to party at also. 2 dollar cover and all the beer you could drink from 8 to 9 PM then John C. and crew would do the rest.

Saw John Cafferty and Beaver Brown at a club in Destin, FL called Night Town about a year after Eddie and the Cruisers became a cult classic via HBO. Glad to see that he still looks like he's having fun with it.

Wow. So great so see John Cafferty still kickin ass after all these years! Man we've all put a few years on since 1983. Where did the time go? I remember being 14, driving illegally out in a field in Sacramento foothills, laying up against my windshield and rocking out to this song looking up at the stars. If only we could all get back to 1983. Never gonna happen like that again..
