@liamkeating2010 the triker didnt have a bike licence on this trip but went home, passed his test and bought a ZX12. It got him into biking. He's cool
Glad everybody's alright. as for the moanin about the bike video. gotta stick up. and i think you look cool in your 18euro helmet lol. passed my advanced motorbike test and doing training now to be an advanced instructor. i'll be riding a goldwing playing abba tapes soon ha ha.
All good afterthe earthquake mate, to any body moaning about the riding i,m on the pan and we where just pissing about for the camera does it really matter in the great scheme of things ?
It does close to 50 miles per gallon i belive. it's not my bike. I was filming. It is a heavy bike. Hydraulic clutch makes it just as easy as smaller bikes. and your last question suggests you dont ride a bike. Its the only way to tour. in a car is boring.
Thanks! 50mpg is not bad, but some ars can do just as well.
I was not advocating cars. I used to ride a bike in London, but did few long journeys. No tours, although I would love to do that in the summer on the continent of Europe. In winter it is so cold. I agree cars seem boring...I suppose it depends on the current weather.
@cynic150 You dont have to have sunny weather to enjoy being onb a bike. a decent set of waterproofs and an idea of where you're going. plan to get on a tour of europe and you will get the buzz for riding a bike again. riding in london is no fun. open roads with little or no traffic and more so, no speed cameras, double yellow lines or police hiding on a corner. just peace to enjoy the bike. As for the 50mpg, even an old bike doing 30mpg is still way more fun than a car. it's not about cheaper.
My taste in music is a personal thing and has nothing to do with my ability to ride a bike at speed safely, position said motorcycle correctly and acurately through a bend and not ride in a manner that is likely to endanger myself and more importantly other innocent road users. Do not post a video of your own ridding showing you have little or no idea of how to handle a bike. Then winge when people make comments on how bad you show your standard of ridding to be!!!
the road surface was wet and very slippery that day. listen carefully and you will hear me lock my back wheel up just by changing down a gear. And part of his riding style which we laughed about later was that he was hogging the camera to stop the guy on the trike from getting into the film. Thanks for your comments though. much appreciated. Try looking at the film again from my bike. ignore what you see in the film and study my road postioning. I wasn't at my best either
@AshtonPhoto He now lives in New Zealand and i am about to become an advanced instructor so my riding with the video camera has improved too. thanks for your comment

Why does it sound like he's lugging the engine?
jazzguitar2010 11 months ago
@jazzguitar2010 That's my engine you can hear on the bike 955 triple with the camera and we were taking it easy as the road was wet.

The Rider on the Honda St1300 looks a very poor rider,His cornering looks weak and displays a poor road position in all his cornering.

@mecpilot65 - He should control his ego. Riding sloppily to hog the camera?
The trike looks like fun, too. I'm glad it was in the frame.
The ST looks cool, too, though... and your Triumph has a nice growl.
Thanks for sharing.
