Why do they call it Exploitation. Milking goats with big udders is no exploitation. An owners needs to make profit on his investment. He has to pay the milkers and has to feed the goats and the kids and pay for cleaning the barns. That is no exploitation. May be in Spanish Exploitation means different from what it means in English.

@fakir0005 Exactly, there is no relation between the meanings, also in spanish is used in the terms you first referred, but in bussines is to make profit.

These goats have udders bigger than the udders of cows and must give lot of milk. The milking parlors were really very long.
