you can tell a video which has been set so that CGI can be used later, one thing to tell is the 1st girl is very conscious of where her hands are, then, the 2nd girl facing the camera (the accuser) seems too interested in getting the 'Teacher's' attention instead of saving it for the girl with the Jedi powers. Thridly, the teacher himself seems to have nothing worth writing down and his actions are over acted for a silent movie. My guess is that he is the one who set up the camera.

If you look at the time at which it happens there is 1 solid second where no one in the shot is moving. They had the girl with the pen toss it and rolled it to it's resting point. They then reversed the footage and put it back into place.

No magnets, no wires, just simple editing.

I used to dabble in parlor magic, & this is so stupid & simple. To the right is a hidden person or two who blows on the pencil as soon as she extends her hand. The overhead light cancels any shadows. With telekinetic power, she would NOT have to use her hand to summon the pencil. There is no audio, but if there was you'd hear the breath.
