Seb died in an alternate reality (Only Home and Away could get away with that! :P) Whilst Alf was having brain surgery he had a vision of what Summer Bay would be like without him and for some reason or other, Noah ran Seb over on his motorbike, killing him.

Seb didn't die. That was just "Alf's vision of the future" . Seb was paralysed from the car going over the cliff.. plus i love this incidental music..it's what they used for Flynn's funeral.
