@UnlimitedFailness The Organization did not care if Xion or Roxas lived, but knew only 1 would be able to live at the same time. Rumor has it the devices they set up in the different worlds were used to strengthen Xion.
Xion on the other hand was not brainwashed or anything. She wanted Roxas to kill her so he could live, that's why in the final fight she kept screaming "Stop holding back!" As she said when she was dying, it was her choice to die.

The best bet you could have would be the Kingdom Hearts wiki, because they have a pretty much general idea of what his life is like, but don't expect it to be the same as playing through the game and looking back at it after a month ^^

I don't think anyone here understands what Roxas meant. He associates friendship with ice cream because that's what he believes friends do together. I hate sad endings :( But this game is AWESOME!!! XD Its also the first ever Kingdom Hearts game i have completed. Im working on Kingdom Hearts 2 and some other games. :)
This wasn't the best kh game in the series but I think it was the most powerful(2nd birth by sleep). Plus it had really sad yet beautiful music too.

The first kh game i ever played, drove me to learn more. Roxas may have, but i will never forget xion. This is the best (and saddest) point of any game ive played, including FF vii. I think its calming to know xion found her choice the best choice. And also how she knew roxas would be seeing her again soon. Long live xion!
I think that this is one of the most saddest and touching Kingdom Hearts games. Because you know what happens to Roxas in tue end while you play this game. I honestly liked Xion alot because of her friendship with Roxas and Axel. I thought it was nice. If you played the game there was a part where Roxas said "I want Xion back! I want my life back!" It's not in a very pretty cutscene like this though.
did you know that Alyson Stoner played Xion in the English version of the game. I was like well that is weird. but it kinda makes sense, since Disney is half the game.
on the other hand, I really admire how this scene was done. The animation for the cutscene must've taken forever to make, and the music is sad, but also conveys that Xion is at peace. This scene was masterfully done.
And then Roxas saying "Who else will I have Ice Cream with?" sort of brings a small smile to your face and shows that Roxas really does remember her.
@kingdomheartsknight1 Okay so basically Xion was suppose to be a replica of Roxas but was inperfect, she was made from Sora's leaked memories. Technically Xion is really suppose to be Sora, Xion can defeat Roxas and absorb him to become Sora. Xion looks like a girl because Sora's memory of Kairi was dominant and made her that way. So really its kinda like saying a replica of roxas or a nobody of sora created from his memories and since the memory of Kairi was dominant it made her into girl.
The highlight of the entire scene was when Roxas said, "Who else will I have ice cream with?" That's one of the examples as to why Roxas was the only Nobody to have a heart. Maybe besides Axel but that's a whole different story. This is Roxas' story, not his.

The first kh game i ever played, drove me to learn more. Roxas may have, but i will never forget xion. This is the best (and saddest) point of any game ive played, including FF vii. I think its calming to know xion found her choice the best choice. And also how she knew roxas would be seeing her again soon. Long live xion!

I think that this is one of the most saddest and touching Kingdom Hearts games. Because you know what happens to Roxas in tue end while you play this game. I honestly liked Xion alot because of her friendship with Roxas and Axel. I thought it was nice. If you played the game there was a part where Roxas said "I want Xion back! I want my life back!" It's not in a very pretty cutscene like this though.

i cried every time i watched this.
i hate xion but i ended up screaming her name at the scream and crying on my knees.
roxas is alone now (expcept for axel, who isnt imporant at this point in the cutscene)

On one hand, I feel really sad about Xion dying
on the other hand, I really admire how this scene was done. The animation for the cutscene must've taken forever to make, and the music is sad, but also conveys that Xion is at peace. This scene was masterfully done.
And then Roxas saying "Who else will I have Ice Cream with?" sort of brings a small smile to your face and shows that Roxas really does remember her.

@kingdomheartsknight1 Okay so basically Xion was suppose to be a replica of Roxas but was inperfect, she was made from Sora's leaked memories. Technically Xion is really suppose to be Sora, Xion can defeat Roxas and absorb him to become Sora. Xion looks like a girl because Sora's memory of Kairi was dominant and made her that way. So really its kinda like saying a replica of roxas or a nobody of sora created from his memories and since the memory of Kairi was dominant it made her into girl.

The highlight of the entire scene was when Roxas said, "Who else will I have ice cream with?" That's one of the examples as to why Roxas was the only Nobody to have a heart. Maybe besides Axel but that's a whole different story. This is Roxas' story, not his.
