@JOHNNYBIX38 Actually you're never in there long enough to see the full transformation because: 1. You move from the foyer to the stretchroom rather quickly. And 2. Unlike the changing portraits at the beginning of the doombuggy ride, it changes even slower than old slow-fade that the Disneyland changing portraits used to employ before 2005, when they started using the process where the portraits change in sync with the lightning flashes (which has since been added at WDW as you can see here).
I HATE when most people miss the Master Gracey portrait transformation in the foyer
