I cant afford organic bluebarries but i also dont want to take them out of my diet. I buy mine frozen and i am now considering soaking them in baking soda and water. Would it be safe to eat if they were frozen and washed? Thanks! :)
I just bought those blueberry plants they are advertizing on TV that will produce tons of blueberries.Buy 2 get the third on free.I hope it wasn't a scam. The shipping& handling brought my purchase from $10.+ S/H to $25.00 by the time the "Free" ones s/h is added.
Try growing your own in a pot. Remember pesticides aren't just on the outside of the fruit, it's inside the fruit

I've never had frozen fruit before. What are frozen blueberries like when you get them out of the freezer? Do you need to let them defrost?

Would you suggest avoiding them if you can't get them organic?

@crispybacon100 Yes. I won't buy or eat anything on the Dirty Dozen list unless it's organic.

but only biologically grown blueberrys without pesticide you mentioned it anyway.
btw red whine has 30-50mg/l Resveratrol so a small glass of red whine relieves stress and gives us some antioxidants isnt that great

I love blueberries, and I had a sneaking suspicion that blue berries are good for me. Thanks for posting these! I love your videos.

How does s/h cost this much? Free isn't free.
