@gymnastluver101... Aussies are very energetic and develope anxiety issues if they are not properly exercised and provided with a "job". That being said- they are the best dogs! They just need you to be the best owner. Please, if you aren't willing or able to give an Aussie the exercise and attention that they need, do NOT get one.

Australian Shepherd are wonderful dogs.

I had one and his name was Ozzy. He was actually a double Merle. A WONDERFUL friend. Miss him a lot.

They are definately very very energetic and need alot of exersize!!! IF you can't handle exercizing him/her and provide lots of mental stimulation then an aussie isn't the right match for you. They are intuitive, inquisitve, and very very high energy

I had an australian shepherd for 14 years. His name was Stormy. He was the best pet and very much our protector. Our neighbors pit bull attacked him and he had a stroke:-( We miss him so much. I often come on you tube and just watch new videos of astralian shepherds. They are alot different than most dogs...have a very unique personality. Enjoy your very special pet.

Awee i wish i could've had my aussie when he was little like that. He came from rescue someone got an aussie puppy and by 4 months old they were ready to call it quits. Research the breed your buying people duhh. Anyway their loss my gain Kota is the best dog in the whole world!

There's many people that rescue Aussies that have a fee of about $200 (just to cover their costs) and you'll be saving a dog that was abandoned or doesn't have a home. :)

She's somewhere in the area - These pups were the runts of the pack so the breeder surrendered them to the vet as there were 12 in the litter. luckily the vet hand raised them both instead of putting them to sleep. They're grown up to be delightful little dogs!

I love them my husband and I have two, they were 1 years old on 11/11/06 and we got them when they were 5 weeks old. Sebastian is the baby and he is a red tri and Mystic is a blue merle and she is second to the oldest I believe. They are so smart and loving and iving.Good luck yours are gorgeous!
