Where are you getting your info on this because I believe you are wrong!He is a strong advocate of protecting our borders because he understands that it is the subsidies of free education and welfare they recieve as soon as they cross the border that is costing taxpayers and hospitals so much money and forcing them to shut down and overcrowding of our schools and they are keeping wages low because 5/hr to them is a high paying job they are glad to do!

The welfare state is no excuse for not defending the borders. We have 12 million illegal aliens in this country. They obviously came across our borders. If we want to have a lot of social programs, that's our business. Screw the third world and artful dodgers like Paul.
I think that Dr. Paul is mistaken when he says that immigrants are forcing bilingualism. In California, "bilingual education" is actually a backhanded way that dishonest liberals segregate the mexican kids.
They send kids off to the spanish-language classes based on their national origin, often over the objections of their parents, and they've been known to do this to kids who have never spoken Spanish in their lives.
love Ron Paul though he is a bit too soft on the LEGAL aliens. The Mestizo menace within our borders that have been coming here for decades have to be removed. I am supporting Ron Paul all the way, but hope that he sees that the LEGAL and ILLEGAL Mestizos are both problematic to put it lightly.

Good point but most jobs have not gone o mexico and canada but to china. The moment the NAFTA opened all the "makialdroas" ( setshops) in northern mexico disappeared and move to china, about 150000 jobs lost in a year south of the border. NAturally they will all move north into USA.
