...oh yes, and I've learnt Satin Doll as well. Which Aebersold backing disc are you using, because my disc has a slow bossa nova backing disc for Solar. I'm using Maiden Voyage Vol 54. I could really do with the one you are using with the swing groove. John.

Well played.  I use the same backing disc to play: Doxy, F Blues (tootsie), Song for my Father and Bb shuffle blues. I've not learnt Solar yet.
