Either A - He's saying, as you said, i'm a god and i'm bored.

which doesnt make sense because obviosuly we all cant be gods being bored making everything else up.

So then B - We are all one interconnected god, the whole universe in it's totality is no. 1.

And the universe being "bored" is the same way I thought of it the other day, funnily enough. Imagine yourself in the position of being the only existing entity, the only existing thing, with infinite longevity, and you'll soon realize that pretending would become important, if not the only way to make your infinite existence bearable.
