  • This guy is talking crap when throwing a kick you must throw one arm down (depending on which leg your kicking with) to give the momentum to generate full power into the kick. I guarantee you i can kick twice as hard than this guy. You see when he throws his kick his off balance and cannot fully commit tot the kick. These are school boy errors.

  • @DAAWG no your citing a schoolboy error. You have to keep your guard up at all times, or risk taking a blow. Your most vulnerable to a hit when throwing one yourself. Allow, maintaining guard keeps the core tight, hence more power.

  • i was told when doing a low kick you should drop your weight and have your foot flat and for a high or mid kick have a you should have your weight even and pivot on your toes, so i guess be on your toes for high kicks and flat foot for low kicks is this right?

  • @partner93630 it depends on martial art youre practising. In karate you should have flat foot always for good balance

  • keep you handz nup nigger lol^^

  • @jajbee ....no

  • always keep your hands up to backing

    ;)

  • HAHA- YES! ..at the end he said!!!: ALWAYS KEEP YOUR HANDS UP

    DECKUNG! or backing...

his kicks (and his punches) are really strong and i would not like to stand in a fight alone in front of him.respect. but!, he likes to put his backing down when he kicks, a short moment long....

  • 1 problem with kicks on this height :your opponent can easily grab your leg and pull you down

  • Have you ever watched or actually did MMA before?

  • this is for real fight ! xD and sport

  • thiago alvez style leg kick is harder, in my opinion, and plus it looks cooler in his fights too ha

  • ...how come some people have leg kicks like the one shown and some people like thiago alves have leg kicks that almost go up and then chop down like an axe?

    whats the difference?

  • sO bAD THE SCIATIC NERV GOES ON THE HAMSTRING.....

  • Very nice but you should try to kick lower, because the nerve you want to hit is about 3 inches upper then the knee. At the start of the video you show it right, but when you practice, because of the pad, you intend to strike a little higher.

  • I can't imagine how bad that'd hurt without the pad.

  • Very nice kicks

  • wrong call it a jab walking circles around you i repeat 321 blow me

  • For low kicks, it's easy to rotate the leg and the hip but I have trouble for doing it when I practice middle and of course in high positions like the opponent's head. It's so hard to do the splits and working on it hurts too :s

  • Don't worry. Basically being a boxer with leg kicks is a good way to go IMO. :)

  • try leaning backwards when you throw higher kicks, if im just telling you something yo already know i apologize but i learned myself that when i lean back just a little bit i can get my leg up way higher....i know its kinda basic but a lot of people don't do it and just try to get their front leg up as high as possible if you watch a lot of videos when some people deliver a head kick, their own head is at waist level
