I'm 29 years old and just completed my 24th cruise on August 7th on the Epic, which was my first freestyle cruise and I HATED IT. The ship is way too big, with way too many problems. You cant cram 4100 people on one cruise ship and expect people to have a good time. We luckily booked a owners suite and let me tell you, I was almost embarrassed by the treatment we got compared to everyone who doesn't book the "private areas". The staff was rude to them and smiled in our faces all in one breath.
My wife and I will be sailing next week (August 21) on the Epic. We booked it last year while aboard the Majesty in Bermuda. Just came off the Carnival Glory. The Norwegian Majesty which we sailed 5 times was always great, small and intimate. I'm not too embrasive of mega ships, so we'll see how thw Epic works out.
i see the pictures but most cruisers are over 60 so whats that gonna look like seems so young and hip and the other big group r drunk spring breakers and they could care less long as it has booze the people in pictures dont go on cruises will this make them want to no

I know! This should be sailing out summer of 2010. The ice bar has me interested and the blue man group as entertainment.
