he man is not homeless, he is well spoken but is completely wrong on most points. First if the second amendment did not apply to D.C. then neither would any of the rest, say free speech maybe? Or the right to petition, I would think that in Washington that might just be an important one. And the founders created a great libertarian ideal filled document securing in it rights to be upheld as sacred truths, and what freedom is greater then the right to bear arms, the right that protects the rest
