@infamoustren At 87 my running days ended many years ago. I served in the 1st Army in North Africa and we later moved to France towards the end of 1945. I would run from the gunfire at the frontline any time and so woud any man with his marbles if you lost your pals in those years. Do more with your life than hand out abuse on the internet. It disapointments me to hear youngsters like this now you have a better education. Use it!

i can assure you most soldiers are not in it to blow shit up. they are familly men and women with alterior motives behind there reasons for joining up. things like protecting the way of life for there fammilies. things like trying to remove terrorism so bombs dont go off on busses and so on. they know the goverment is after resources or a seat of power but they also know they cannot do nothing about it. they have to follow orders its how it all works. they have there own reasons for doing it.
