We also need to end things enticing illegal immigration like birthright citizenship after that is done I think a system like a fraternity is good. We give decent illegals ( there re many) a pledging period to basically stay out of trouble, learn english and so forth then if they behave they can becom a brother ( citizen) or at least legal status.
