  • P.S. it is a similiar with mexican Burrito.i couldnt figured out who are they mexicans or turks....????

  • it is turkish and it called GOZLEME.of coure it is so tasty.

  • It's not gozleme, bro. This one is made as in the same way as French pancakes. Gozleme is made like Uzbek Yufqa - You gotta roll out sloppy dough very fast, put a stuffing in -Turkish cheese, ispanak (ismaloq in Uzbek) or mince & put it on the heated bulging bottom surface of a knocked over Turkish pan for a few minutes.(Looks like Uzbek to'y-qozon yet smaller in size and not deep). Afiyat olsun! Osh Bolsin! And I make a 40 miles journey once a month to buy Turkish Gozleme in North London.

  • thank you good explanation.

  • what are you making? It looks like quesadillas but it also looks like something arabic. it's prolly the background music that's making me think that way =)

  • IT'S CREPE
