If you like this song, you obviously haven't heard REAL techno. Ever heard of melodic trance? That is exactly the style of which this song is done. Some of the in game halo music is also done in this style and they are all forms of techno, or trance if you will.

You can modify the tunes in the music folder, just stick what you want in it or take ones out you dont like so you here this mor often. My GTR2 sound track has a whole minstry of sound album in the folder and a prodigy album.
