I liked this movie, I thought it was interesting to hear about the law suits he had to go through. I liked Jesse, the twins, and Justin but I hated his best friend. He was such a whiny little baby. If he's upset that he's being left out then he should've moved to CA with the rest of them instead of staying in NY.

By "film of our generation", I mean that it portrays and defines 21st century friendship brilliantly. And I think a critic said it, so they threw it on the dvd boxes and in some TV spots. I dont disagree at all with the statement though. If you want the 1900's, you watch Casablanca. If you want the 2000's, you watch this. There's no other film released in the last 10 years that fits the title any better.

One, if you see this movie as a glorification of Mark Zuckerberg, then you watched the wrong movie. This is was a movie about friendship, played out over the invention of facebook. Is Titanic about a boat? No, its a love story.

Overrated. Like everything connected to Aaron Sorkin, its just a bunch of talking heads. Fincher tries to hide it with techno music and a lot of flashy editing but no dice. Facebook as a groundbreaking app? No. Google yep, Youtube yup, face book...piss off. Aaron Sorkins take on Zuckerberg reads false, more like an old geezer's cliched idea of a geek than the real person.

Sorkin needs to stick to what he knows; lawyer worshipping drek like A Few Good Men" or liberal drek like The West Wing.

It's very difficult to watch this movie once and reflect on it. The script, which fills 2 hours of pure, quick, uninterrupted dialog, could've filled 3 hours if it was read at a normal pace (actors were told to speak quickly for time measures). It could've filled 5 hours if the usual interruptions of non-dialog sequences were included.

Don't expect to be able to watch this movie casually: it pulls you in and keeps you interested from beginning to end, without a moment's rest.
