oh its the current figure sorry so click on the stick you wanna change the color of and then look for colour on the side and then select the color

dunno in the part where it says "white back" there are no other options i guess you have to use paint then make the paint all one color then save as 24-bit bitmap then load sprite (pivot 3 beta needed) and select the paint background and you have new background
