@killercrx91 no you're misunderstanding, when i referred to an 8 second car, that is a 1/4 mile time, not an 8th mile time. when i refferd to mid 5's, i meant an 8th mile time(like in this video). the truck in this video would most likely run 8's in the quarter, however it was run in the 8th in this video.i never said a good suspension will get you into the 8's, what i said was that its easier to run 8's in a car with a backhalf or tube frame than it is to run 8's on a on stock style shit.

nice ive got a 85 s10 im planing on putting a 383 stroker in with a 5speed.but right now im putting a rebuilt 305 in it to replace that worn out 2.8.i have plans to make my truck an american badass truck.plus ill need the power for the fire dept.lol
