Yeah my bf used to do techincal support for all models of the sidekick, he said it was the most bugged out phone ever, 98 percent of customers always sent it back to get it replaced, all of the models had so many issues they even had their own department just for the sidekick within the tmobile unit he worked in, NO OTHER model had their own department. Very shit phone, but I'm STILL wanting the juicy version cus I fell for the look :( horrible fashion victim I am !

This phone is so juvenile. They make a big hype out of it, and you cannot do simple things that most phones do today. The thing doesn't even have an option where you can make an MP3 your own ringtone, the camera doesn't have flash, there's no wifi, and no 3g. If you want all of these choices you have to buy the 09 which is also probably a piece of crap. I've had one so, I know I just bought a BB curve and I am amazed of how much that little thing can do.

this phone isnt that great, when you flip it down, the buttons sometimes press from it, its annoying. other wise, its pretty cool. the 09 is better tho

well acculty it doent need 3G cuz a few weeks agoi got a software update for increased web browsing speed and overall performance
