The west side is a ghetto, and there is no property value stability. Everyone smart has moved either to the suburbs or to another metro area. Youngstown is only "good" for corporations to invest in. Individual investors will have all of their wealth stolen and taxed from them. With one of the highest crime and tax rates in the nation, your "wealth" will be taken for use by either the thugs or the corrupt "regime" that rules Youngstown. Youngstown exhibits the worst of capitalism and socialism!
