@jerron07glasson Actually, the Taliban was a form of government and named their country the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. This took place during the 1990s and the organization had almost complete control over most of the country, except for some of the regions in northern Afghan.

They grew in response to Russian invasion, Russia attempted to sway Afghanistans already teetering commi leader, in the end Russia killed this leader and tried implementing their own commi leadership. It failed due to the fact the Taliban fought back with under the table backing from anti communist countries.

Actually I do go outside the wire... It's my job to go outside the wire and capture video of soldiers and make videos of it. It's also the Soldier's job in the video to protect Salerno. This isn't about "making a production" it's about telling an aspect of the Soldier's story to people that are back home.
