  • @kukki166

    Hi

    Thanx and enjoy!

  • Hi Bhavna: I just look at the videos which are of exceptional quality. More than the receipes, you look fresh, charming and highly attractive. A very good work that you bring out; but may I add that you please provide the instructions in the for of subtitle in the video itself, while it is running m, so that hearing-impaired can also understand what you are instructing and not at the end.

Have a great week end and very happy new year, though wishes late. Bye

  • @Priyaradhi

    HI

Thanx for bringing it to attention, will sure try my best now on to keep in mind when I make videos...thanx for your feedback.

  • Hi... Looks great.:) will garam masala be ok? i can't find chaat masala where i live.. Thanks, can't wait to try.:))).

  • @Soldiergirl7777

    Hi

Sure you can make without chaat masala. If you are fine without even garam masala, just go ahead and make according to your taste preference...

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Thanks! :):):)

  • @Soldiergirl7777

  • Wonderful ! mmm ... miam miam. Greetings from France.

  • @TheAelfymade

    HI

    Enjoy!

  • indian food is the best food.

  • @DubStepEdition

    Hi

I actually like many cuisines beside Indian...enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight But Indian is still the best!

  • cool baba...u r really a geuine person n a great cook.... a query...is it ok 2 have a layer of sause ..instead of peparica n when 2 add salt?

  • @Rhythm555beats

    Hi

Paprika is optional to sprinkle so just leave it out or top with your favorite spices rather than sauce. But if you like sauce more than spices then few drops of sauce will work. Salt is added while cooking mixture at any point after Tadka(seasoning)

  • For the sandwich using toast, you could finish it in a frying pan. Just carefully lay the buttered sandwich butter-side down in the pan and flip halfway through. That's a pretty common way to finish grilled cheese...so it would work for this sandwich too. This filling sounds delicious and the instant potatoes make it even easier - to the point that I'd actually try making it myself (love to cook but don't usually because it's just for me). Thanks for sharing this recipe.

  • @rachiti

    HI

  • Very nice recipes...Bhavnas recipes always turns to perfect....it is indian touch...the person who comments should have his/her level of wordings...if not happy with indian cooking let him/her go to some other channel..this is a perfect channel...

  • @asianlite6

    Hi

Thanx for your support and keep enjoying!

  • dont ever explain yourself to those who put somebody down..they are never worthy of your time...your food is great!! if somebody does not like they should shut up and go someplace else....if one has not nice things to say better say nothing at all!

  • @bird1751

    HI

You are right but I am not expecting to always hear great things about my recipes. I would sure listen to people who would give rather opinion how this channel can be improved but not with unnecessary words. Professional comments are always welcome whether they are in favor of me not. I will take even critics as constructive feedback but only with professional style...anyways, thanx for your support.

  • I think of this channel as Bhavna's home on Youtube and treat her ideas with respect and her effort with admiration. If I don't agree with something, then I have enough sense to know I won't imitate her. Bhavna, please remember that we take all you give us with much thanks.

  • @anamikaa

    Hi

Thanx Anamika but as I said in other comment, I would sure love to hear if this channel needs some improvement. But I won't take other unprofessional comments for nothing. I really appreciate your love for this channel and really love to have people like you on this channel. Enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Ha Ha, I think you replied to the wrong person there. I was actually sticking up for you. Nevermind, I enjoy your cooking and you are a very kind lady I just said its a waste fo time explaining yourself to people who find something wrong with everything. Good day.

  • @1madaboutguitar

Oops sorry. I did indeed give reply to wrong comment. Really sorry about it. I removed it.

  • Bhavna, could you please teach us how to make paneer bhurji. Thank you.

  • @Desi4evah

    Hi

I have already posted two recipes of Paneer burji, one dry version and the other one with gravy. Please find them and enjoy!

  • I'm not sure I want to take cooking advice from someone that thinks it's "too much work" to boil / mash potato......

  • @wheeliewooz

    Hi

If you want to preapere something quick and if boliling potato is no key ingredient, it is ok to use readymade. There is nothing wrong with this approach but it is really up to you, if you love being in the kitchen more than half an hour, it is great for you. I am personally busy mom, full time wroking woman and run few online blogs and ofcourse other family responsibility so it is up to you whether to take tips from my video or not, just grab good things & leave re

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Dont explain yourself away to that fool lol.

  • @wheeliewooz

You don't have to. It's really up to you whether you want to follow her or go find other chef. There are many viewers like me who simply love Bhavna's cooking so just get lost and don't water our time.

  • @wheeliewooz

Bhavna, best advice from personally me....kick this "wheeliewooz" out from this channel, just trying to be oversmart. I also use ready mashed potato and there is nothing wrong with it. He/she is such a stupid who don't even know what he/she talking about, basically nothing. I guess he/she got all the time in the world...

  • Hi I am staying in US and i don't find indian cottage cheese with ease, which paneer to be used here?

  • @vishakha2005

    HI

You can make your own paneer at home, very easy to make and doesn't take lot of your time. But if you want to use cheese, find the one that says fried paneer which also almost same as paneer and I buy this fried paneer from super warmart in cheese section.

  • YOU ARE AMAZING! I love you! Loveeeee your stuff!

  • @mitchaki

    Hi

    Thanx and keep enjoying!

  • i like yr reciepe verymuch..can u please suggest which bread r good for indian sandwitch in usa? i mean any specific type or brand...........and where can i get them...thank u

  • @pankitaparekh

    Hi

I use italian style bread for most sandwich recipes including Indian sandwiches. You can also try the one it says particularly on bread bag, for sandwich...

  • look here you telling your comments and i am telling mine every one has there own opinion so just mind your bussiness. dont put ur nose on others stuff

  • @Riyarajesh9988 i really dont know why you say that because Bhavna is sch a good cooker .... she is indian .. thats why her accent sounds like that . Im latin and i think my english doesnt sound bad at all ... maybe you are jealous because Bhavna knows how to cook .. and maybe you dont know how to use a spoon when you are cooking!! Bhavna thanks for all the recipes .. U ROCK!! im gonna buy some lady fingers to make a tiramisu with my mom!! thanks!!

    once again gr8 job!!!

  • @bhoot619

    HI

I try my best. I also write ingredients name known as in India but yah even indian words are written in english and I sometimes, I say ingredients they known by the name in India. Now on I will try to make sure I talk about all ingredients...

  • @SuperVeggieDelight tht would b great tanx... :)

  • your accent is worse than your recipe. I added each and everything u said and this recipe tastes and looks like ..... i can t annotate how disgusting it is. who ever sees this recipe (who is not an indian) is gonna die . i dont care even if u report this comment as abuse this is what i felt about this recipe. next time try making something that can go inside a person s mouth. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.

  • @Riyarajesh9988

The recipe itself is not bad but yah it is normal that if you are non indian then most likely, you won't enjoy Indian dishes same like I don't enjoy all recipes from other cuisines....but what you claiming is not right at all that people going to die by eating this sandwich. There were many non indians tried this recipe and they are alive and infact did like this recipe. So if you don't like, just use magic button "dislike" but you don't have to write all these..waste of time

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Excellent recipe. Was on the look out for a quick recipe for breakfast for me and my son. Thanks a lot for taking the time to explain and your accent is as good as the recipe itself! Jay ho Bhavna, keep up the good work!

  • @diyadel

    HI

    Thanx and keep enjoying!

  • @Riyarajesh9988

    HI Bhavna!

I love this recipe and I am Indian. Do not listen to rubbish people. You are right that if they don't like they can use dislike button. You are doing great job and people don't get these many subscribers for bad contents. By the way congrates on finishing 10,000 subs....Indians know very well how to pull your leg so let them do their job and you keep doing your fabulous job...

  • @Riyarajesh9988 are you kidding me? i have tried this recipe. it's awesome!

  • Comment removed

  • very entertaining

  • Hi Bhavana,

I think you forgot to add salt .

  • @haragopal123

  • Hi bhavna,I made ur instant khaman dhokla recipe and it was just awesome...i had been trying to make khaman for such a long time but it never turned good..I tried sanjeev kapoors as well as tarla dalals recipes..the big name in indian cooking...but not good results...U ROCK BHAVNA...I am now going to make ur masala sandwich..thanx so much...

    Hi

wow! glad to know that. With my recipes, you can see every single detail so I guess that helps to achieve desired result. Keep making and enjoying!

  • Comment removed

  • Is it wrong that I'd be more likely to make paneer than homemade mashed potato lol. ...so I love that you gave the suggestion to just use instant potato flakes.

  • @rachiti

    HI

    Enjoy!

  • hi like the recipe but get a reality check lettuce is easily available atleast in delhi

  • @BaronOfTandoor

    Hi

    Great..enjoy!

  • @BaronOfTandoor She said this in general.New Delhi might have lettuce but there r tons of places where letuce is not available in India. No need of that fuss.

  • Planning to buy a toaster and this was very informative! Funny at 2.10 3G box!.

Now to prepare the "open sandwich" you put them in a "popup" toaster separately? I'm confused can we toast the bread with a sandwich toaster and is a popup toaster necessary?

  • @teem180

    Hi

You can make your own way...I try to show all possible options...

  • well one can try mixture of mashed boiled potatos + raw chopped onions + some cumin seeds + dry corriander + salt + a bit of chilly powder + a bit of black salt + dry mango powder + chopped green chilly + a bit of mint powder + chat masala ( optional) .put that mixture between the bread slices and make sandwich. you can skip butter (up to you ) and cooking step as well . same mixture one can use to make AALOO PARANTHA . try with tomato katchup or any chutney n tea :-)...enjoy

  • please also include the recipe for marathi masala rice with specilly made goda or kala masala..plus i wanna learn soft fluffy white dhoklaas or they call it idadaas oh ya thats the correct word..thanx...

  • @amiastonishing

    Hi

  • @Traveler2112

    Hi

Yes, it is very tasty. Enjoy!

  • how much onion did you put in and how much tomato. Is your 3 g box frozen

  • @tanisha4561

    Hi

My 3G box stays in fridge not freezer. I do freeze big amount but take out some in my 3G box for everyday use. Watch video on how to make and store ginger, garlic and green chili. It really your preference how much you would like to add, but generally take 1/8 cup of onion, 1/4 cup of tomato and 1/2 cup of boiled mashed potato. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

  • how much onion did you put in and how much tomato. Is your 3 g box frozen

  • Bhavna Ji,

I like you calling your box the '3G' ! Nice term! My wife (a pucca Bombayite) watched some of your videos and said that your presentation is so simple, easily explained and truly homely, not just made-up or a hodge-potch stuff. Great job! Thanks for sharing your sk
