I never smoked pot or did any drugs...fortunate I guess but even I have heard the pot give you the "Munchys" so maybe thats why you eat less not taking it for a while
Oh not saiying im perfect or anything, I do have an addiction its just not for chemicals...lol
I am a smoker too and i recognize how lame that drug is. it helps you to dissolve consiousness, especially in feeling pain (personel, of other or the beeing itself). i like the smell and the condition to smoke in a rounfd eith good friends. to let (any) drug go is a from of development and growth. but it is hard when having momentum in it. in the and weed as any other drug costs a lot of energy, and the end it is a "negative" doing though i do not regret in having some good moments with it :)
Marijuana has been shown to boost dopamine, which is tied in to the reward center of the brain. I’m on day 2 myself; tried last month but it was too hard during the busy holiday season. Good luck to you and don’t give up!
I'm no guru but you have made a positive step. I have a playlist on my channel that you can use to meditate too, or just focus on something else to relax and sleep. So feel free to use it as you wish
also..if you take some soya lecithin it will help you replenish some choline for your brain as well....it's not all the weed though...smoking itself will make you feel tired and below-par from the carbon monoxide etc....good luck!! :D
good for you!! :) ....personally for me i found there are always a couple of puncuation marks when giving up...maybe psychological, maybe physiological...the first one is after about 14 days..the second after 3 months, 6 months, and then a year. If you can push through when you hit those killer moments then you will be OK. You will definitely notice 'steps' in the clarity of your brain/thinking..but that clarity also tells you the weed influence is leaving so you may want it more..but be brave!!
@jessomglol You're welcome. Also send these as response to some of my weed videos. Look at my weed playlist. Scroll through it and look for the videos with the most views and send it as a video response. Each video can only be used as a response once. If you know all this sorry. Just trying to help you get as much attention as I can.
Good Luck! Hope you're taking advantage of nature's pharmacy to ease the transition. Lobelia is great for nerves and withdrawal symptoms. Valerian root will help you relax and fall asleep. There are many others that can help you at this time and for detoxing afterward. You can use them in bulk tea or tincture form taking as much as you need throughout the day. Make sure you use a reputable source or the potency and effectiveness will be diminished--Dr. Shultze, Dr. Christopher, Alvita Teas
While i am here to congratulate you on your process and hope the best for your own personal journey and recovery, i do not see marijuana as a bad thing. I am a personal trainer and use marijuana on a regular basis. Although i do use a vaporizer, i feel that pot helps alot with nausea after my morning runs. I also do yoga and tai chi and i feel that marijuana has improved my yoga progression. Once again i wanted to congratulate you, but marijuana is not a bad thing contrary to popular belief.
Oh I definitely agree! Cannabis is an amazing plant, and I would recommend it over any other recreational drug. I've just abused personally it over the years & kind of turned what is normally a benign and even beneficial herb into an addiction, and something that holds me back in various ways, so I'm just doing this temporarily to see what, if any positive changes I can make :) Thanks for watching!
Try joining a swim team. I was on a team when I was in high school and smoking pot, and about 3 days of intense swimming will totally clean you out. Also, fasting for about a day could take your mind of pot and onto food.
Yeah I've been considering taking on a more intense exercise regimen, both to cleanse my lungs and also help me fall asleep at night. Thanks for the advice!
Thank you for sharing. If you want a little help cleaning out your lungs, YogaYak has a nice Cleansing Breath video online: watch?v=wi5qt_OcTw8 :) love ~ michel
