@leangk well, i had a friend just a few days ago in a situation like this. i watched with my own two eyes. he was handcuffed and being held down by 6 cops and got tased 9 times, but the bastard still fought the entire time because he was high on MDMA and PCP. if i put a video of that up and put only specific parts, it would look like police brutality, but both myself and my friend agreed, they did the right thing. you just cant judge with only a few seconds of evidence.

and when the kid saw the cop reaching for his tazer, he said i wont resist you, please dont taze me. what he said became famous:
"please, don't taze me, bro".
at which point the cop started tazing him, and it seemed that he was just doing it because the kid asked him not to. and it wasnt just one taze. he was tazing him over and over, to the point that the kid, who had an deep voice, he was probably 19 or 20, and a big guy, was screaming at the top of his lungs, absolutely terrified.
and the other one was of a political activist who was just voicing an opinion from the audience during a speech by a senator (john mcain i think). he wasnt doing anything wrong, and then suddenly two cops come barrelling in and throw him to the ground. and he just asked what he did wrong, and the male cop then went for his tazer (the kid was doign nothing at this point, he was screaming, he wasnt struggling, the cop had NO REASON WHATSOEVER to use the tazer).
i've seen countless videos of police using excessive force. two of them where videos in which the cop basically tortured the person they were arresting with a tazer. the person kept saying, i wont struggle, i'll do what you'll tell me, but every time he tazed her, she'd scream, so he'd taze her more. it was like he was enjoying it. and honest to god, it made me want to throw up.
i think the video is only 6 seconds because it probably took the person watchin a few seconds to get out their cellphone. and i know that if i were seeing something like that, i'd be so shocked, and sickened, that id probably be fumbling and shaking trying to get the phone out. i think that is the reason it's so short.

i've seen countless videos of police using excessive force. two of them where videos in which the cop basically tortured the person they were arresting with a tazer. the person kept saying, i wont struggle, i'll do what you'll tell me, but every time he tazed her, she'd scream, so he'd taze her more. it was like he was enjoying it. and honest to god, it made me want to throw up.

i think the video is only 6 seconds because it probably took the person watchin a few seconds to get out their cellphone. and i know that if i were seeing something like that, i'd be so shocked, and sickened, that id probably be fumbling and shaking trying to get the phone out. i think that is the reason it's so short.

I don't know if any of you heard, but in Vancouver Airport 12 or more cops brutally assaulted ONE man. It was for something extremely stupid. if the person did something before the video started, such as fighting them, or if he is resisting. its not possible to see if he was resisting with only 6 seconds. its easy to hold somebody down for that long. if it had been a 15+ second video we would be able to tell, but its too short. usually police wont do something stupid in broad daylight in the middle of the street where everybody can see them.

This video does look pretty bad but it's only 6 seconds so you can't make real judgments. That being said, a lot of situations are taken advantage of by people trying to hide under the shield of police brutality, and most of them take away from situations where it actually is a problem and goes unjustified.

What I said, and its obvious from the tape, was that he was refusing to bring his arm out from under him and place it behind his back At the very end of the tape you can clear hear the officer start to say something like "put your hands behind your back" Again, as I pointed out, no one can tell what was goin on from a 7 second long video.
