Okay, I know this has been said but...that looks like a pretty nice whip to me. I have an eight footer made by Joe Strain and the very thought of cracking it/using it on asphalt or pavement makes me cringe!!! Nuff said. Also, this looks like the coachmans crack...
Hey just wanted to mention, the 2nd crack you're performing is not a Coachman's Crack as you stated. The Coachman's crack (as can easily be seen and walked through via Adam Winrich's breakdown video) wraps around your arm, under your elbow, and cracks near your ear. This is a somewhat sloppy cattleman's you finish with, I can see when you turn to face the camera. But still fairly good whip skills
It is definitely a sloppy crack.. believe me it was only my second day doing any kind of whip cracking... My skills has definitely sharpened up and a lot more fluid... I do appreciate the compliment though...
like the one before my comment, the concrete isn't good for the leather. and the throw forward should be smoother, don't be too cocky with it, it should be a smooth fluid motion of the wrist, not the quick jerk of the shoulder. so yeah, it's all on the wrist
Thank you for the comment... I do appreciate it... When I made this video I was just learning how to use the whip. I dont use that whip anymore on the concrete and I also learned its all in the wrist as well.. As soon as I get some free time I will post more videos of me doing some whip cracks and you will see a major improvement on my tenique...

is that a leather whip? if it is, u shouldn't be cracking it on concrete like that, it will tear up your leather!
