@wmsenna You can break EVERY car hard enough to block the wheels if you turn off the ABS (I do that on any car, same with TCS)

So why do you need better breaks? Cause they look cooler?

No offense dude, just sayin'.

You can improve the breaking performance by buying better tires.

And btw: Without ABS and with training, you can break faster than with ABS. Even into corners to save even more time.

Mine as well, but for a different reason.

Back in 1998 Toyota sponsored a GT2 championship in my country.

We had to play in arcade mode, using a Toyota Supra, and the chosen track was Trial Mountain.

I trained my ass off.

During the championship i scored 1st place in my town (over 5000 participants in my town alone), and on the Nationals i wiped out, spinning the car 360º, but STILL managing 3rd place.

The best i could have done is 2nd place as the guy in 1st was really good.

I'm a little surprised infineon wasn't in it, seemed like an obvious one but they were kind of rushed because sony forced them to do 3D while still releasing it asap. hopefully dlc comes soon

@thnk4urself Oh yeah, Seattle was another great one. I always thought it was funny that it had both Safeco Field AND the King Dome, but not Quest Field. It was cool in reverse because you could get a good view of the Space Needle.

@thnk4urself Yeah, the Dome actually got demolished. The imploded it, which was cool to watch on TV. The reason for that was because that plot of land is where Quest field sits, today. The Dome was past it's prime, and a new football stadium was a much needed addition.

Those extra noises Speed Racer made were usually just to match the lip flap of the Japanese original (MACH GO GO GO!) so that his mouth wouldn't keep on going for a second or two if the English dialogue was shorter than the Japanese.

Im glad they remade some of the original tracks, the bridges on this track and Grand Valley both look great in GT5. The best thing about GT1 was the soundtrack, i wish they had included some of those tracks in GT5
