  • Hi Marianne,

I left you a comment on your video about crepes but didn't use your name. I apologize. I wanted to thank you again for this lovely video. I can't wait to make this for my fiancé and his family. They used to live in Paris, so I know they will love this. THe sauce you made to go on top of the chicken and mushrooms reminds me of a béchamel sauce. Thank you again, Marianne. I love your personality and presentation. You have an endearing style, just love it.

    Allie

  • @Radjehuty Hi there! I did not make a video of the chicken. Just used cooked chicken - you can boil it and save the stock for future use. Thank you very much for trying this out!

  • I'm going to try doing this but may I ask, I want to put spinach in the crepes...should I use fresh or canned drained spinach? And if I use fresh spinach how do I make it?

  • @xXMidnightdoveXx Hi there! I woul.d use fresh spinach for this. Simply add it to the sauce at the end. The heat will wilt it. That is all you need to do. Good luck and happy cooking!

  • @TheSource77 Thank you! Have a wonderful day!

  • @pastryparrot1 They came out a bit chewyer than I would've liked. I used the same recipe, but I halfed everything. All I had was 1% milk. Do you think that would've made a difference?

  • @barnett256 Yes. I think that made the difference. I am sorry they were not perfect! Thanks for giving them a try!
