I figured out the bubbles thing. On the bubble jumps that seem impossible, all you have to do is jump when the bubble you are in is halfway complete going down. That way you catch the following bubble in time for it to catch you. This ideology can be applied to the rest of the game too. It was this bubble crisis though that made me stop playing the game long ago.
i remember as a kid i was able to completely whip this games ass, this was when i was like 7 or 8 something like that, but now when i play at 17 i cant beat it! i always get killed off at reptilia
@coolbeans135 same here now I can do it with no problem lol. However the part when you come to the swamp & jump on the flies is what I have trouble with now lol.

i can't even explain how to do it, since i never considered it being any hard. you just need the right timing! wait for the next bubble to be at the possibly easiest height to reach. you should always jump TOWARDS the bubble's movement and not away from it. most times the best point to jump off is right before the next bubble changes direction. don't try to figure out a pattern, do it intuitively.
I needed like one year (and some friend's help) to master this game...it was pretty hard isn`t?? Well...thumbs up if you loved bug and you also get stuck in the bubble to bubble parte in the scene one of splot : )
I THOUGHT IWAS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD TROUBLE WITH THAT BUBBLE.

curse those bubbles... after 5h on them i let out my anger on the game and had to buy a new one..
prob took me less to actually do the bubbles the 2nd time around..

I never made it past Splot. The part where you had to jump from bubble to bubble always killed me. What a shame.
